Event Setup & Logistics Volunteers

Setup Crew – Arrive early to set up the Ollie's Bike Parade booth, signage, and decorations.

Breakdown Crew – Stay after the event to take down everything and ensure the area is left clean.

Bike Parade Volunteers

Start/Finish Line Assistants – Help organize participants at the start and guide them at the finish.

Bike Safety Check Volunteers – Assist with basic bike safety inspections (helmets, brakes, etc.).

Safety & First Aid Volunteers

First Aid Team – Trained volunteers (or professionals) who can handle minor injuries or call for medical help if needed.

Kid & Family Engagement Volunteers

Lost Child Station Volunteers – Assist parents in case a child gets separated from their group.

Advocacy & Education Volunteers

Road Safety & Awareness Educators – Staff Ollie's Bike Parade booth with information about the dangers of texting and driving and road safety.

Community Outreach Team – Help assemble Ollie's Sudden Loss Care Boxes at the Ollie's Bike Parade Booth.

Bike Decorating Volunteers

Bike Decorating Assistants: Assist participants with decorating their bikes by providing materials, helping with setup, and ensuring a smooth flow of the decorating process.

Event Merch Sales:

Merchandise Sales Associates: Assist with the sales of event merchandise, process transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an organized sales area. Help with inventory management and restocking

Merchandise Display Organizers: Arrange and maintain the merchandise display, ensuring it is visually appealing and accessible to attendees. Assist with inventory counts and help set up and break down the merchandise area
